BallotClick does not collect any personal information. The app is used for secret ballot voting, or with your permission, roll call voting. We do not track your data or sell your data in any way.

BallotClick will collect your accurate GPS location when you are using the app, if that is a requirement of your meeting organizer. This is solely for the purpose of preventing people from voting who are not present at the meeting. We do not disclose this data to any third party.

We do not collect ANY data when you are not actively using the app, only when you actually log in and vote.

BallotClick will collect your device ID to ensure that the vote Authorization Code is not being used on multiple devices. Again, this is used solely for the security of the vote. We do not disclose this data to any third party.
